OSWorkflow has a GUI designer that can be used to create workflow descriptors. The designer currently supports most of the workflow functionality, including the creation of steps, splits, and joins. Having said that, it is not yet considered to be production quality, so the usual disclaimers of backing up your work regularly apply!
